I ordered an item on the dhgate.com page, the seller provided the shipment through china post on June 8 and the tracking number is: RV413545361CN, which I look for on the page and no registration appears from that date, to know then to see if that tracking number really exists or has not been registered in the system yet

RV413545361CN is not shown in the system yet. Means the package has not given to China Post yet. You need to push seller to ship. China Post tracking status will show "package received" immediately when it receives the package. Sometimes when seller apply for shipping online, the status will show "order information received" which means the seller has informed China shipping they plan to ship but has not given the package to China Post yet.
