They have been stopped for more than 60 days.

All your parcels were sent to Shanghai airport in mid of March. They are still in Shanghai waiting for flight space to Brazil.

covid19 virus crisis has seriously delayed shipping time to Brazil. our latest stat report shows average shipping time to Brazil is 64 days s, maximum time can take 4 months.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund.
