Order number : LY094109809CN
It has been taken longer than expected and longer than what I was told! It's been saying on route to the U.S. but it has been saying that for weeks! This is a birthday gift for my mother and I am running out of time for it to be delivered! The little bit of tracking information that is given makes NO sense. How many times does it need to arrive and be despatched from the same sorting center? Sometimes in the same day it will say my package arrived at the sorting center then it was despatched and then it arrived again at the same sorting center!!

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LS283215245CN was shipped from Zhengzhou to USA on APR 16. It is still in Zhengzhou

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. Not sure when it can catch flight from Zhengzhou. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
