RP681130398CN can not pass safety scan and was rejected by airport in Dalian on Aug 19.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.

What does below status mean:
Dalian City, "Dalian International Swap Bureau" return, note: security return

it means RP681130398CN can not pass safety scan and was rejected by airport in Dalian on Aug 19.
