RVN355451586CN is wrong tracking number. china post has only 13 digits.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RV355451586CN was shipped in March. It is still in Guangzhou airport waiting for flight space to S.A.

this kind of tracking number starting with R and U are economical class mail . This is a slow service which has low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 99% international airlines from china . China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

buyer protection lasting time is subject to marketplaces which you made payment to. You need contact your marketplace(paypal/aliexpress/ebay etc) for detail.
