Hi, I have ordered some things from Aliexpress back in late March/early April. The parcels' tracking information has been frozen for 60 days already. Is it lost? Is it ever going to be delivered? Is there some way to return the parcels to the seller? These parcels are headed for Singapore. Why are some other packages being delivered while these are not? Thanks in advance for replying.

All these parcels are still in in original post office in Guangzhou. As time passed almost 2 months, they have about 30% possibility to be lost.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need ask seller extend the protection or open dispute for lost parcel refund.

Why are the parcels still at Guangzhou? It has already been almost 60 days already.
