UC976815495YP is not China Post parcel. It is from Yanwen. Yanwen website shows UC976815495YP was shipped on May 9. No further information about this item.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LN856323026CN shows the other parcel was sent to Shanghai airport on Apr 24. It is still waiting for flight to USA.

Coronavirus has cancelled many airlines to USA, our latest report shows average waiting time to USA is about 7 weeks, your parcels are slower than average. If your buyer protection is expiring, you need ask seller extend protection or open dispute.

Once parcel arrives USA, you can see Royal Mail delivery update in http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LS280707878CN shows parcel arrived at destination (New York) on May 29. Normally it should be shown on USPS website after 2 business days, but yours still not on USPS website. Please check with USPS about tracking no. LS280707878CN

You can open dispute with your payment company.
