Post Where are my packages?

I have two tracking numbers

LH712567628CN

And

LH712600417CN

Both haven’t updated since Late February? Where are they? When I look them up on 17 track they say “return” but the seller tells me they haven’t received a return either!

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both parcels are still in China.

covid19 has forced china to have cancelled more than 90% international airlines. China Post highly depends on such passenger airlines to carry parcels. Many parcels shipped in Feb are still in China airport. You need some patient.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund first. If you get the parcel in future, you can pay back the money to seller.

Why does the tracking say 退回 “return”?
