I haven't received 3 packages, 2 have been in transit since 3/24. Can you please check on the status for me before I submit a refund claim on the items:

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows ALL your parcels were shipped from China to USA during Mar 20 to April 7. They are all in china waiting for flight space to USA.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. Not sure when it can catch flight from CHINA. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
