Hello, I have 4 orders, LX089808975CN,LA979065464CN,LO962980846CN and UW564909968CN. Which have not moved since March 2020.
Can anyone advise the current situation of these.

LX089808975CN was just sent to airport on April 26 and is still in Shanghai waiting for flight space to UK.
LO962980846CN was just sent to airport on April 29 and is still in Guangzhou airport waiting for flight space to UK.
LA979065464CN was shipped by train. It left China April 26. Not sure where it is , it should be in Russia or Poland/Belarus border.

UW564909968CN is the slowest parcel. this kind of tracking number starting with U is called China Post ordinary small parcel. This is a very slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 90% airlines from china . China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

UW564909968CN has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait(30 to 120 days). Other 3 parcels should arrive in next 2 to 6 weeks.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
