Can anyone explain why my order is taking so long RV427146827CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV427146827CN shows the package was received on May 20 and was shipped thru Sino-European on June 1. It is now in Vilnius,Lithuania waiting for EU customs clearance. According to our stats, the package should arrive around June 25 to July 5. This is not bad as on average it takes about 53 days to arrive UK, according to report here: http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976
