Vilnius,Lithuania is the first EU entrance railway hub. Many parcels will stay there for 2 to 3 weeks waiting for EU customs inspection and then transit to destination countries by other land vehicles.

Your parcel is a little bit delayed in Vilnius,Lithuania, I suggest you wait one or two more weeks and see what will happen.
