When should i start to worry of my parcel? , It has been sent to airline since 18th oct , when should I dispute it with the seller? , tracking number LO306163331CN , parcel
is yet to land in australia and is has been 5 business days since sent to airline is this normal? Shouldn’t my parcel be landed in australia already?

Please let me know as much infomation as you know.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO306163331CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shenzhen office to Australia on Oct 17.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Australia Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Shenzhen ,China or customs warehouse in Australia). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days until Australia Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Australia Post website will show its new status with Australia location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
