Hello. Any update on the packages with the tracking number LM330446687CN and UN588853353CN? Are packages left china?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LM330446687CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office on Dec 5. Normally such epacket will arrive Thailand in about 10 to 20 days.

UN588853353CN(parcel starting with U) is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.
If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Hello, What's a problem with my parcel?
Track No: LM330446687CN
The status are:

2018/12/4 6:33 Departure export customs GUANGZHOU EM
2018/12/26 14:46 Departure export customs GUANGZHOU EM

on 4 Dec 2018 the status was departure export customs after 22 days passed it departure export customs again.

Will I get my parcel and how long I will get it?

Normally such epacket will arrive Thailand in about 10 to 20 days. please wait some more days.

I wonder why on 4 Dec 2018 the status show "Departure export customs GUANGZHOU EM" after that on 26 Dec 2018 it show "Departure export customs GUANGZHOU EM" again. What is a problem that my parcel stuck 22 days?

status freeze for 2 to 4 weeks is normal. no need worry. after parcel pass Thailand customs, you will see new status.
