I placed my order on 22nd Nov 2018 and still not yet received it until today. I am able to track my parcel until the 18th Dec 2018 and no mre results ahow up after the 18th. please help me track where my parcel is and when can I received. My tracking number is LM348215437CN. Thank you

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LM348215437CN was returned to shipper in Wuhan. Not sure reason of return.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you need open dispute for refund.
