Who is responsible, China Post or Aliexpress.

All your parcels have left China in early August. Such register airmail will travel another 4 to 8 weeks to reach Uruguay after leaving China. You need some patient.

Once parcel arrives Uruguay, Correos Uruguay website will show local location.
