It's been 3 months now and no parcel.Still saying sending to destination. Can I get a refund?LZ012868178CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ012868178CN shows that order information was given to China Post April 15 but package was given to China post May 08. According to 1st quarter arrival time statistics report here http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976, it takes about 43 days to arrive Australia after China post received the package.

You can always open a dispute to get a refund within your buyer protection period with the company you made your payment, either AliExpress, Paypall or Amazon
