Hi,

Please can you check LO922582421CN.

Is it legitimate and also it has been waiting since 28/03/2020 to be sent can you offer any update when it will arrive in the UK?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO922582421CN was shipped from Shenzhen to UK on Mar 19. It is real, no need worry. the parcel was sent to airport on Mar 28. It is still in Shenzhen airport.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to UK. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. Not sure when it can catch flight from Shenzhen. If lucky, you might get it in next 2 weeks, if not lucky, you might need wait 2 months.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
