My package arrived at Guangzhou Postal Zone Central Bureau International Mail Branch the 16th of may and it is the 5th of June today. Why does it take so long to get to me in Dongguan?

Call China Post hot line 11185 and try to locate the parcel. The parcel is in China Post guangzhou head office.

What could be the reason that they keep it there for 2weeks and not send it. A Chinese woman is helping me

no detail reason is provided by china post guangzhou office. Normally it is caused by wrong address or the address is not in china post delivery range.

Go to China Post Guangzhou head office or call 11185 and arrange pickup.
