I haven't received my package and it has been nearly 4 months. The tracking # is LW518943255CN. It says on the way 3/5. Can you please provide an update on my package? I have contacted the seller several times but have received no responses.

USPS.com shows LW518943255CN arrived USA on Mar 8. But it is never showed delivered since then. It is very likely to be lost in USPS.com.

you need open dispute to seller for refund.
