When will I receive my Order?

Tracking number LS374058876CN. You're using 1st quarter for average wait time. It's July, time frame is different. I should get my parcel long before 54 and that's longer than the 6 weeks you told me 10 days ago. I should have a closer date than weeks.. Please respond.
