Hi I see this package hasn't been processed since Dec 3rd. There's apparently no airline space. When would you roughly expect this item to be delivered?

the parcel was sent to airline on Dec 3.

Xmas season is difficult to predict arrival time. Based on our last year experience, you will get the parcel in early of January.
