VY00000002729781 is not China Post parcel. It is from a shipping agent called VYExpress. VYexpress sent it to USA on Sep 15. The it was shipped with USPS tracking number 420560749214490401712600310516. USPS.com shows it arrived in ELK GROVE VILLAGE IL DISTRIBUTION CENTE on sep 16. It will be delivered soon.
