I put an order in on november 25th tracking # LW24431913CN , I have not received it yet can you help me out with some info about it. Thanks

LW24431913CN is wrong tracking number. china post tracking number should have 13 digits.

usps.com shows LW244314913CN has been processed through our facility in ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) at 9:19 pm on January 3, 2020.

you will get this parcel in your mailbox very soon.

strange. Your seller seems to be lost by USPS. please call USPS for delivery detail. If USPS can not find this parcel, please open dispute to seller for refund.
