I ordered a package from bearsoils.top and have already paid for it. I ordered it on November 10 2019. The company harms told me it has been delivered to my address however that is not true. I called my local post office like the company told me to and was told it was delivered to Charlottesville north Carolina. I live in Boonville Indiana. The co.pang is no longer emailing me back about my package and my post office can be longer find any information on my tracking number. Please help me! I would like my package delivered to me. The tracking is in the subject bar at the top of this post. Thank you for any help

UT589643515CN left China to SFO airport on Nov 26.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left China. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. Both China and destination country give very low priority to sort and deliver this kind of parcel. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
