Could you please check if this has left China. I purchased a Soap Dispenser on E Bay 18/06 and it still has not arrived to me in Australia. Many Thanks.

Hi, could you please help me with these 2 Tracking Numbers: EA210259118CN (no update with tracking for 13 days) and EA210259149CN(no update with tracking for 8 days

UR564526549CN shows the parcel was shipped from China to Australia on Jun 21.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to ebay for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
