My order number is LW374723565CN
I have been waiting for 13 days
I received no updates
Any help is deeply appreciated

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW374723565CN was shipped from guangzhou to USA on Dec 28.

It is now in some middle place between China Post and USPS system. Possible location is in guangzhou airport or customs warehouse in USA. You can not know exact location until parcel passes US customs. this might take 10 to 20 days.

Once parcel is released to USPS, usps.com will show its local location in USA. please wait some more time.
