Could it be possible to see if this parcel has Benn sent. I have a mail with this number : LX120820458CN but it says "no shipping record". I received this mail on May 2nd.

no shipping record means your seller applied a tracking number from China post but has not actually given parcel to any China Post office. You can wait 2 to 3 days and see what will happen.

If your seller gives the parcel to China Post, you will see the parcel location in tracking result.

Thank you very much. The seller says it has been sent but clearly it is not true.
