Hi,

I ordered a product about a month ago and it was said to have left the originating country on May 1st. I haven't received any updates since, and I was wondering if it is still coming. Tracking number: LZ009740344CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LZ009740344CN was shipped from Hangzhou to Canada on April 16. It was sent to Shanghai on May 2 and is still in Shanghai airport waiting for flight to Canada.

coronavirus has cancelled 90% international airlines from china since early Feb. China Post highly depending on international passenger flight to send parcel oversea. So it is not strange that many parcels are delayed in the airport warehouse without moving. Your parcel might wait some more time . Once parcel arrives Canada, Canada Post website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to claim refund first. You can pay back to seller after receiving parcel in future.
