http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LX038940935CN was shipped from Shenzhen to Ireland on Mar 9. It is still in Shenzhen waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled 99% international airlines from china . China Post has not enough airline shipping space. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to aliexpress for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
