Hi there

My parcel was sent via china post to New Zealand. Tracking number LO936040054CN

It was last updated on 23 March.

Has the parcel left yet?

If so, when can I expect it to arrive in New Zealand?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO936040054CN was shipped from China to NZ on Mar 23. It is still in Shenzhen airport waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to New Zealand. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. So some delay is normal, no need worry. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

After parcel arrives NZ, NZ post website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.

China Post has no flight space in Shenzhen area. waiting time could be very long. We can not even give you an estimate departure time at this moment. It should be after the virus crisis ends.
