Hello,

I made a purchase on April 16. This has been showing in transit with the last update May 19 "Arrive at secondary processing center". Your site says it transferred to USPS, but I need the corresponding USPS tracking number - can you please help??

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UJ312260173CN shows the parcel arrived USA on May 19. It has passed 2 months, if you have not got this item, it must be lost.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.

They keep saying I need to "go to my local post office" to collect the item (which is ridiculous. I live in Seattle and the package just says it "arrived in San Francisco"). If they won't issue a refund I will dispute through my credit card.
