Hello, I am tracking parcel LZ157231548CN, but it still says that it was handed over to airlines on 16/6. Could you provide an update on when this parcel will arrive in Australia? Thank you

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ157231548CN shows the parcel was just sent to airline 2 weeks ago. Average Waiting time to Australia can take about 6 weeks. please be patient.

After the parcel arrive in Australia, the parcel should be handled by Australia Post, you can track it base on the website.http://track-chinapost.com/start_auspost.php

Thanks. I have been tracking but auspost told me that I had to contact you regarding the delayed package. It has been in their sorting facility for 10 days. What are my next steps ?

That is extremely surprising, why would China Post be the ones responsible for AuPost customs management/declaration? Secondly, this site is unfortunately unaffiliated with the China Post company (this is a volunteer site), our suggestion would actually be to press Au Post because they are the ones holding your package right now
