Hi, I haven't seen much movement on my parcel with tracking number LO937354099CN. Please can you advise? Thanks.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO937354099CN was shipped on Mar 21 from Suzhou. China Post sent this parcel to Shanghai airport on Apr 3. it is still there waiting for flight space to Ireland.

China has cancelled 90% airlines since covid19 crisis. China Post parcels are suffering worst delay in history, especially for those parcels shipped in February and March. You might need some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to seller for refund to protect your money. After you get your parcel in future, you can pay back to your seller.
