Your website doesn't seem to be able to provide any information as to the status of my package. Can you provide any? LY334831938CN is the tracking number. Order #14808

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY334831938CN shows the latest status on June 28 "order information received", which means a label to ship is created, but package has not been given to China Post yet. You need contact with the sell and push for shipment

How do I contact the seller and push for a shipment? is thee proper protocol? Is there a form? I see many of your responses telling the poster to seek a refund? How does that happen or what are the steps that a buyer has to do to get a refund??

If your seller does not response to your message. You need contact your payment company such as paypal , your bank or credit card company, report fraud and claim refund.
