My parcel number is RY506255492CN. The last update I got was 12 days ago and it said Handed over to airline. The package should come in Croatia, so do you know how long will it take? Thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RY506255492CN was shipped April 29. It is still in China waiting for flight space to Europe

this kind of tracking number starting with R is an economical class mail . This is a slow service which has low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 99% international airlines from china . China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
