I need an update on my package I order back in April tracking number LY194635609CN. If it’s not being shipped how do I get my money back?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY194635609CN shows the parcel was sent to airport on May 18. It is still in Shanghai airport waiting for flight space to USA.

http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows average waiting time to USA is about 50 days, your parcel is still in normal time frame. They are not necessarily lost. Please be patient.
