The status update I can see when I track it on china post says the order information was received on 5-11-2020 but no more updates other than that. Should I open a dispute? I read an article here from 2017 that this could indicate fraud and to email them. I did and they told me they tried to negotiate with the shipper but could get no information and they supposedly shipped it.

I know the latest quarter update said shipping could take up to 115 days to the US. Should I wait or what? I just feel like if it was shipped there should be something more like a shipper receiving it or that it’s sitting in an airport even.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY244870258CN shows only result "Order Information Received". Your seller applied this tracking number from china post but never actually ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.
