Can I get an update on LY050929938CN? It’s been shipping for over 1 month.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LY050929938CN was shipped from China to USA on Mar 25 and was sent to Zhengzhou airport on April 12. It is still in Zhengzhou airport.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. Not sure when it can catch flight from china.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.

I have another purchase that shipped from China on 4/29 and arrived in the US on 5/12. If that shipment was able to leave China, why is this one taking so long and what are your plans to correct it?

Can you share the tracking number which arrives USA in 13 days?

Since Corona virus crisis broke out in late January, Many parcels are delayed in warehouse since then. China Post warehouses are so full that it is impossible to organize these parcels in shipping time sequence. So it is quite possible some later shipped parcels are assigned space quicker than old parcels.
