Hi there.

I am currently waiting on three parcels to come to myself in Australia via China post. However they have been sat in Shanghai for well over a month now. All have the same message displayed and the same phone number attached.
"[International express courier bulk] has been received, the investment team: Xia Jun, TEL :15812564789"
This is the same for all three of my order number.

LZ032886768CN
LX163060184CN
My question is, Do I need to contact this number or if not then why are they still sitting in the same place. Please could you help me.

LX13574727CN is not a valid China Post tracking no.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ032886768CN shows this package was received on April 24 and is waiting for flight out since May 3

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LX163060184CN shows package was received on June 5 and is waiting for flight out since June 10

China Post 1st quarter arrival time statistics report http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows that on average it takes 43 days to arrive Australia. The website will update after package left China, and at that time you can also track the status in Australia thru http://track-chinapost.com/start_auspost.php
