Post Undelivered Scam

I recently ordered a product and apparently it was shipped through China Post. I cannot file a grievance with Canada Post because China Post shipped it. I need to file a grievance because it was not delivered like you have changed my status to and the shipper will not respond. I am out money and a product. Please contact me.

If you purchased from paypal/aliexpress/amazon, you can actually open dispute to the marketplace which you made payment to and claim refund.
