Hi,
I have ordered from Lovy Studios to Norway since 2. october and today is 2. november, but i have still not recieved any package. They used china post and i have not recieved any newer updates on the package for a long time. Can you help me know where the package is and when i should expect it to be delivered to me? The tracking number is LZ478702400CN. Can you also tell me if the package is still in China or has arrived in Norway?

LZ478702400CN was sent to Nanjing airport on Oct 23. it is on the way to Norway. Please wait one more week to see new update.

why has the delivery taken so long, and what time next week should i expect the package to arrive in Norway, and why are you guys not updating in the tracking system?

And by new update, do you mean like delivery to my address or what update?

LZ478702400CN is epacket which normally takes about 2 to 3 weeks to reach Europe. Your parcel is in normal time frame, not slow.
