To whom it may concern,

I ordered an item in February, due to pandemy there was a stop in delivery. Since today I don't get my parcell, your website indicate that it's sent back. The tracking number is RE020189380CN, please give me an information and help me to get my item.

Must be problem with your package.

I can see since February your package travelling all over China.

19 May : Arrived at sorting center Beijing
They waiting for fly air avalaible for shipped your goods in Azerbaidjan.
