http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW860132425CN was shipped from guangzhou to USA on Nov 17. It should be seriously delayed by Hong Kong airport protest during Oct and Nov.

It is now in some middle place between China Post and USPS system. Very possible location is in Hong Kong airport. You can not know exact location until parcel passes US customs.

Right now you can not do anything except waiting. Once parcel is released to USPS, usps.com will show its local location in USA. please wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund.
