Not able to track for 12 days now.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UN611838692CN shows only result "shipping notice received from seller(ALIEXPRESS shipping platform )". This means your seller applied a tracking number from ALIEXPRESS, but never actually shipped anything.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress against fraud.
