Hi there,
My package has not arrived.the last movement for it was on the 8th Dicember but I cant understand why it havent arrived. Do you know where it is at present or how much longer I will be waiting? my sister wedding is in january 23 can i trust on you? it will be here in colombia before the wedding? its all my family cloth pleasee!!! the tracking number is
is EV913069871CN
please help me !! all my family needs of you!!! and its all my responsability

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EV913069871CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Guangzhou office to Colombia on Dec 8.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Colombia Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Colombia). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Normally Such no-information stage might last 10 to 20 days until Colombia Post(4-72) gets the parcel from customs. Then 4-72 website will show its new status with Colombia location.

Your parcel seems to be seriously delayed or lost. If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
