Post Trying to track my parcel.

The status of my parcel has not change since 10 days ago. And I am not sure where it is. I was supposed to be delivered a couple of days ago. Please advise how to proceed. Tracking number:CR905818238DE

CR905818238DE arrived Beijing in June 29 but receiver has never made customs clearance. It seems that receiver has not got text message from China Post. Did you write receiver's mobile phone number in the parcel? Is this parcel a return product for refund?

No it's not a return product for refund. Yes the mobile number was written on the package... Can you please give us a contact number we can reach for direct communication so we can receive instructions on how to proceed to do custom clearance.

Receiver needs to contact china Post hotline 11185, China post won't call her. We believe she gave you another excuse again to avoid refund responsibility. We see such game everyday. Don't buy anything from such bad seller in future.

China Post will return the parcel to original country if the receiver does not make customs clearance in time.

Ok will contact China Post. Yes I have not received any information about custom clearance or making payment. This is new to my knowledge. Thank you
