The destination country is Australia for this item LO334244645CN ... it is very large so I’m assuming it has been ocean shipped.
Please could you provide a tracking number, or some such, for its departure from China and enroute to Australia?

Australia Post website shows it was delivered by Australia Post office in CARNEGIE VIC on Nov 13.
If you did not find your parcel in your mailbox or front door , please contact Post office in CARNEGIE VIC for delivery detail.
