Hi

My item - LO367562482CN - left China Customs on the 31st October. Since then tracking has stopped. I understand that once passed customs until the parcel arrives at uk customs there will be no tracking. At the moment it does appear that the parcel has been in the air for almost 7 days, is it possible that the parcel may be waiting for a flight out of China.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO367562482CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to UK on Nov 1.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Royal Mail system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in UK). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days until Royal Mailgets the parcel from customs. Then Royal Mailwebsite will show its new status with UK location.
