Hello,

My package AS440533370CN arrived at Canada on 01 September 2020 and there is no update since then. The package has been in transit for 26 days.

Can someone please advise on its status?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=AS440533370CN shows the parcel arrived Canada on Sep 1st. It is still in Canada import customs. Normally parcel will be released from canada customs in 2 weeks, your parcel seems to have some problem.

If you cannot get this item by end of Sept, you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
